Kristin and David have worked in real estate for more than twenty years each, and are consistently top producers in their office (Lois Lauer/Century 21 in Redlands, California). They have been the recipients of several awards for outstanding service including the prestigious "Centurion Award", and as long-time residents have personal and extensive knowledge about the Redlands area and neighboring communities.

By combining their experience and knowledge, Kristin and David make a powerful team. David's degree from Cal Poly, gives him unique insight in to the relationship that environment and presentation have on people and their activities. Kristin's law degree enables her to protect her clients and give them additional choices and opportunities for securing their home and property. These skills and experience give Kristin and David's real estate expertise an added dimension and depth that is distinctive -- and very helpful to their clients.

Kristin and David have worked for many years with Short Sales and Bank Owned Homes (REO's) and have the knowledge and expertise to guide their clients through the sometimes confusing process.

For Kristin and David, being in the real estate business is an extension of their interest in the community. Both of them, as well as their two children--Kira and Jason--are very active in community events. All four family members participate in the Redlands Theater Festival every summer as well as many other local events.
